As we began to focus our marketing efforts more on individual loan officers, we began building relationships with real estate partners across the country. We kept hearing one question from our realtor partners, “Where can I go to get help with my marketing?” We never did find a service we could put our full endorsement behind.
Dissatisfied with the other options on the market, we realized two things about ourselves:
- We have the marketing know-how our realtor partners were looking for, and;
- We already knew the ins-and-outs of the real estate industry.
What began as lending a helping hand to our realtor partners quickly became something bigger.
That’s when we decided to officially launch Spotlight, an all-in-one real estate marketing suite, at a fraction of the cost of competitors.
